Were your ancestors part of a non-conformist church in Ireland? Discover when and where your ancestor’s baptism took place, as well as your ancestor’s residence, birth date, and parents’ names.
This collection is comprised of several different registers of births and baptisms from Ireland’s non-conformist churches between 1701 and 1913. Non-conformist refers to Protestant churches that were not aligned with the Church of Ireland.
Each entry includes both a transcript and an image. The information provided on each transcript will vary depending on where the records originated and what details were provided, but most will include a combination of the following:
Images will sometimes provide additional information, such as the name of the individual who officiated the baptism. Some of the images are in French as they are from the registers of French non-conformist churches in Dublin.
Please note that this collection is not exhaustive and there are some gaps in coverage.
