How do I update my card details for my next subscription payment ?
Answer:
You can easily update your payment card details in 'My Account'. This allows customers with an active subscription to update payment card details online. Payment card details can now be updated before a subscription expires.
To update your card details, please follow the simple steps below:
- Sign in and go to ‘My Account’
- Select ‘Update payment card’
- Type your new card details and select ‘Update’
That’s it! Your card details have been updated and will be used for all future subscription payments. Remember if your subscription has expired, you will need to resubscribe.
Please note, any subsequent payment cards used to purchase, for example, additional credits, will automatically update the default card used for all future payments (subscription or credits). Simply, the most recent payment card used for any purchase, will become the default for all future payments.
If you are not opted into continuous membership please switch the auto-renew option within your account on. This can be done from the 'Personal Details' section of the website. Instructions on how to do this can be found here
If your subscription has expired, click here to make a payment to renew your subscription any applicable renewal discounts you are entitled to will be applied.
If you have received an email to let you know your card and subscription have expired, this may contain a link with a code to claim a renew discount, please click the link provided in the email, which will apply your renew discount and complete the purchase.
