    Tuesday night's casualty lists contained the names of 17 officers (7 killed) and 528 rank and file. Of the latter 395 were of the Expeditionary Force (114 killed, 272 wounded), and 130 Australians of the Mediterranean Force (45 killed, 61 wounded, 24 missing). The following local casualties are reported:— Wounded: 1st Batt. Gloucester Regt.: Baldwin, 18813, Lce.-Corpl. T. Carter, 10073, Pte. W. Collins, 12317, Pte. E. H. Dolan, 13421, Pte. J. Suffering from shell shock: 10th Batt. Gloucester Regt., O'Donnell, 23630, Pte. P.; Richings, 12873, Pte. W. A. Missing: Hardwick, 15743, Lce.-Corpl. J., 10th Batt. Gloucester Regt.
