Vouchers (Vouchers) may be purchased from authorised third party stockists. We will not accept Vouchers unless they have been purchased from an authorised stockist.
Vouchers can then be redeemed on the Site for a Subscription, so long as the value of the Voucher covers the value of the Subscription requested. Please note that different terms and conditions apply to subscriptions purchased through the App.
Voucher codes are unique and cannot be used more than once. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers, or any other cash alternative and we may restrict the use of Vouchers on certain products or apply minimum spend restrictions. Any restrictions will be made clear on the Site.
If you are unable to provide us with a valid Voucher code or if the Voucher code you provided has already been activated you will not be able to redeem that Voucher for a Subscription. We reserve the right to cancel Voucher codes at any time before they have been used if we believe you are using a Voucher code unlawfully.
If you have any queries about a Voucher and it was purchased from us, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your voucher was purchased from an authorised stockist, please contact the stockist from whom you purchased the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Micropayments.
